The table below provides information about our owned and operated stations, stations we operate pursuant to time brokerage agreements (TBAs), and stations subject to pending acquisition transactions. Upon completion of the pending acquisition and sale transactions noted in the table, we will own and operate 60 full-power stations, including stations reaching all of the top 20 U.S. markets and 40 of the top 50 markets.
