    Why do I no longer see a certain program on ION Television?

    Periodically, we adjust our schedule to offer viewers a variety of the programming they love. Your favorite program may reappear on the ION Television schedule at some point in the future. We encourage you to visit our website at www.ionline.tv for the latest programming information.

    Why are the Memphis and Greenville stations airing programs not listed on your network schedule?

    Our Memphis and Greenville stations are now affiliates of MyNetworkTV, the new primetime general entertainment broadcast network. During the hours of 6:00 - 11:00 p.m. ET (5:00 - 10:00 p.m. CT), these stations air different shows, including two new MyNetworkTV series, "Wicked Wicked Games" and "Watch Over Me."

    Where can I submit a story idea or script for your network?

    If you are interested in submitting a program that has already been produced, please click here. However, we are unable to accept unsolicited scripts and story ideas for shows that have not yet been produced.

    How can I sign up for one of your shows?

    None of our programs are currently casting. However, any shows that may be casting in the future will be announced on our website.

    Why was a sporting event on instead of the program that was listed in my guide?

    Due to contractual obligations, occasionally there are sports preemptions in local markets. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and encourage you to check your local listings for the latest programming information in your city.

    How can I contact a cast member from one of your shows?

    Unfortunately, we cannot forward questions or comments to the talent or staff from our programs.

    How do I receive digital television?

    Many new televisions have DTV receivers already internally installed. You may also purchase DTV antennas and converters to fit your current television from your local electronics retailers. Once you are outfitted with the proper DTV equipment, digital channels will be available to you for free if you are in range of your local station's signal. For more information on digital television, visit http://www.dtv.gov.

    Why is the music so loud on some of your shows?

    Please check the sound settings on your television. Certain settings (such as surround sound) that we do not carry on our broadcast signal can cause audio fluctuations.
